How frequently are toys and surfaces cleaned?
Daily, our dedicated staff and professional cleaning crew work diligently every day to maintain
the cleanliness and sanitation of our school. We prioritize the safety and well-being of your
children and adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness.

We offer organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. We are also a nut-free facility.

Our current ratios of staff to children are 1:3 for infants, 1 to 5 for toddlers, and 1:9 for
preschoolers.

The registration fee compensates for administrative paperwork, new supplies, enrichment
programs, developmental screenings, and in-house field trips.

No, for the safety and well-being of our students and staff, we will not permit strollers to go
beyond the front door of our school.

What are parents responsible for
providing?
Families should provide a washable gallon-size storage bag (Ziploc) containing a change of
clothes, including shirts, socks, underwear (if applicable), and pants, all labeled with the child’s
name. Children 15 months or older should also be provided a blanket for resting. A week’s
supply of diapers, and daily breast milk/ premade formula. Please supply children with diapers
that fasten on the side, I.E no diapers that are like putting on underwear. Bottles must be premade
and placed in an additional Ziploc bag.
Creative Academy will provide all learning material, non-scented sensitive skin wipes, diaper
cream/ointment for use during normal business hours, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks (for
children eating solid foods).

If you are interested in cloth diapering, we will work with your family. However, due to strict
regulatory guidelines, we will not launder cloth diapers for the safety and well-being of our
students and staff.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Indigenous People’s Day, Veterans Day, Halloween (close earlier), Thanksgiving Day
and the day after, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
